Overview
The eight-story $15 million condominium development that has been described by the owner as ‘responsible luxury living’ is comprised of 36 units, including 6 penthouses with private terraces and a green roof with gardens to protect from excessive heat island effect. Floor to ceiling windows, which are considered a major selling feature for the units were provided for additional natural daylight and increased viewing area.
