Complete Wall / Roof Systems

  • Dealer completely fills out sunroom order form, including as much information as possible. Include any picture, drawings, etc. that may assist in the proper design/layout of the room.
  • Dealer Faxes, E-mails or mails all information to design/layout department.
  • Factory design technician designs and prices the room, adapting to standard size wall modules. Whenever possible, all systems are designed to use minimum or no fill in the front corners of the sunroom.
  • It is standard procedure to include a minimum 4" fill panel at the house wall connection to allow for “out of plumb” house walls.
  • Proposed floor plan, elevations and list price of the room are returned to the dealer for final verification and approval. It is recommended for the dealer to have the homeowner sign off on the room layout prior to final approval.
  • The dealer must sign and return all documents to the design /layout department for release into production.
  • Upon receipt of signed approved documents, the factory design technician creates all fabrication documents required and forwards to the production department.
