Pricing- TRACO Wall Systems

  • All wall systems are based on the use of standard size modules.
  • Additional costs must be added for any custom work (shown below).
  • Pricing is per lineal foot, based on individual wall heights.
  • Price includes 60" height sliding windows with standard 20" high Centrex knee walls
  • Centrex, transom and wall fill, where applicable are standard.
  • All appropriate headers, wall and floor channels, fasteners are sealant required for normal installation are included
  • Glass knee walls, transoms, and trapezoids are priced as an exchange item, per lineal foot, in 1' increments, based on total width of modules containing option.
  • Custom width fixed-light modules are available at additional cost.
  • Additional charges re added for custom engineering involved in toms requiring custom knee walls, transoms, or trapezoids.
  • Whenever possible, wall systems are designed to use minimum or no fill in the front corners of the sunroom.
  • It is standard to include a minimum of 4" fill panel at the house wall connection to allow for “out of plumb” house walls.
  • Any desired material not included as standard must be ordered separately on the appropriate material order form and will be charged for accordingly.
  • Various floor, wall, and header channels are cut slightly longer than required and must be field cut to exact length.
