4" Patio Room Floor Plan

  • Corner posts are 5' wide on both front and side surfaces
  • Wall channels have a face dimension of 1".
  • Side walls fill panel cut sizes are calculated by subtracting desired module width combinations, plus 6" from the desired room dimension, then adding ½" to each edge captured by wall channel, corner or wall module.
  • Front wall fill panel cut sizes are calculated by subtracting desired module width combinations, plus 10" from the desired room dimension, then adding ½" to each edge captured by wall channel, corner or wall module.
  • For wall modules connecting directly to corners and wall channels the module width is the finished dimension as follows: Sliding windows at 36", 42", 48", 60", and 72". Fixed at 18". Sliding doors at 60" and 72". Swing doors at 36" and 39-1/2".
  • Each Wire Chase adds 4-1/2" to overall dimension of the wall.
