Wall Heights

  • 7' wall modules are 81-3/4" high, finishing to 84-3/8" with wall cap/swivel assembly
  • 8' wall modules are 96" high, finishing to 99-1/8" with wall cap/swivel assembly
  • 10' wall modules are 120" high, finishing to 123-1/8" with wall cap/swivel assembly
  • 12' wall modules are 144" high, finishing to 147-1/8" with wall cap/swivel assembly
  • To calculate finished wall height, (floor to bottom of roof) add 5/8" for sill depth. Add ½" for wall header (side walls). Add 2-5/8" to module height for wall cap/swivel assembly (front walls)
  • Maximum finished wall height in an under existing condition is 2" higher than module height. Wall module must be no taller than 1-3/4" below the rough opening to permit jumping the sill base track when setting the module.
