About Recycling

TRACO uses approximately 25% recycled aluminum and 15% recycled glass in the production of our products, and we make every effort to reclaim and recycle the byproducts of our operations. TRACO recycles close to 80% of all the waste we generate, including aluminum, glass, wood products, steel parts, oils and solvents. To minimize air emissions, our manufacturing facilities are equipped with scrubbers and oxidizers that burn the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from our manufacturing process. We also voluntarily treat our wastewater before releasing it to ensure public purity.
